Last night, Bioinformatics, LLC hosted its annual Life Science Industry Awards event in Washington D.C, and the winners should not come as a surprise to many in the industry.

Life Technologies was undoubtedly the biggest winner of the night, walking away with a total of 7 awards, including “Best Molecular Biology Products”, “Best Workflow Solutions (Cell Based Research)”, and “Best Customer Service and Technical Support.” GE Healthcare Life Sciences received the second biggest haul of the night with 3 awards.

To determine which companies were deserving of their “best in class” titles, roughly 6,000 scientists from across the world were asked to vote for the nominees in each of the 29 award categories.  Below is a complete list of all the winners from last night’s event:
